Gained THIRTY pounds at only 28 weeks

So you guys I have put on quiet a bit of weight so far during my pregnancy. I’ve been suffering from perinatal depression and struggling since the start. Luckily I’m now on medication and going through therapy. But I am so disgusted by how much weights I’ve gained. I went from 120 to 150. I’m looking for tips on how to maintain the weight I’ve gained so I don’t gain more. As well as maybe some safe workouts. Any advice is appreciated ❤️
