Can anyone help

I’m not sure why but I feel like I ovulated last night I had pains on my right side for a little bit and then it stopped and now today my nipples are super sore like to the touch got my really high peak yesterday and predicted ovulation for today, is it possible I ovulated last night? Hubby and I BD after the pains stopped if I did ovulate would there still be a chance to get pregnant? And I had to take my temp early today (230)because my son decided to get up with me (had to use bathroom) temp was 97.78 yesterday was 97.14
