Measuring 6 days ahead at NT scan, what did your doctors do?

Question

The reason I ask is because the new measurement goes along with the bleeding I had with my last miscarriage but my OB dated me off a 5w6d scan and blood work. The NT doctor however changed my dates to match the ultrasound which was done at what I thought was 11w6d but measured 12w5d. I haven’t had another appt with my OB since but I was just curious if your OB changed your dates? I’m now 14w2d or 15w1d depending on what date they use, and my next OB appt is on the 14th.

My doctor stops measuring after 8 weeks cause they stop being very accurate after that, he will measure again at 20 weeks for the “big” ultrasound and then that’s it. Said ultrasound can be way off or spot on but it’s not worth worrying mom over measurements if heartbeat and movement is perfectly fine!

Mine changed it, but only because my first ultrasound was at 6w2d. She said that if the first one is under 7w that they’re not super accurate, so they’re going with my NT one.

My doc said if it’s a week or more of a difference, they change it. I’m 6 days off this time and she’s keeping my due date calculated by LMP, although I know I ovulated 6 days later and the ultrasound showed the same thing. 😒

I had mine yesterday  i was 12w6d i mesured 13w5d my due date is the same she said only way itll chanhe is of it an 8 day difference
