Is there people to help you with the process to buy a home? Like what your credit scores need to look like, how much of a down payment should you give & all those small details? I’m 23yrs & as you can see I lack knowledge in this topic. It’s maybe been like 3 or 4 months that I started my credit so not that long ago, I’m still in the 600’s. I have money saved up, a little below 10k so that’s where I wonder if for the most part I need more than that or will 10k be okay. I live in Texas, Austin surrounding areas to be exact, not sure either on what prices for homes look like. For the most part rent for a bedroom apartment is near 1000 so mind as well invest.
