Do y'all think this could be a sign?

My husband and I have been ttc with our second baby for a year now and I been having real like dreams in a hospital sometime other places. Our family has been clingy and over protective of me from my husband. My 1 year son has been acting funny lately. My husband found this at work while we was talking on his lunch break he asked around and people was looking at him crazy and was like no we never seen it he was the only one who see it and it was by his lunch box plus my friend who died in 12/29/2018 always said your gonna get pregnant again and I know she gonna be beautiful she died from breast cancer and she really wanted me to get pregnant like I did because she was in love with my son and now my God mom is 54 and she keep saying baby you baby and about it be she keep having funny feelings lately and she like baby your need to take a test I just found out that I might have pcos and I never was diagnosed until after I had my son and ttc again I pray not
