C-section help!
UPDATE!!!: The hospital gave me mirelax and within 4 hours I finally went!!!! Thank you everyone for tips and tricks! I will definetly be using those at home!
I had my first c-section on Tuesday. My body has finally wanted to make a bowel movement and it is so stuck it won't come out. What were some tips and tricks you used to help?😭
