Not Pregnant?..

So on 1 Jan I took a pregnancy test and came back positive and then I took another the next day and positive. Then yesterday I took a digital one and it said pregnant. Then yesterday I went to the doctor to take a urine test to see if I’m actually pregnant and they called back today and said it was negative!?! How? And literally right after they called I was like wtf and took another digital and I barely had to pee but still took it and it still said pregnant! Like what is going on?? I mean I’m supposed to start my period in 3 days but I’ve gotten 4 clear positive especially on digital tests!
