Miss miscarriage advice needed

Hello ladies . I really need help . Im so annoyed right now . I tried calling my doctor but Im not able to reach her . Here is my story

I found out I was pregnant , had my first US and everything was going well, the baby had a 165 hbm . On December 9th I started bleeding and cramping ng . I went to the emergency room , they did an US and said the baby’s hpm went down to 114 , the doctor said that its a threatened miscarriage. I had a follow up December 12th appointment with my OB/GYN and another US and there was no heartbeat . My OB said to wait for another week to see if anything changes who knows miracles happen , so I did . I had another appointment with my OB on December 21st , OB said to wait again until my next appointment on Jan23rd . She says that she prefer if I have a natural miscarriage rather than having the surgery. So here I am waiting and it’s annoying. I had some spotting on Jan 2 then it stop and today Jan 4th Im having bleeding again, no cramps. Im really confused . I just want this to be over with already so my husband and I can move on and start trying again .

My question is has anyone who has had a natural miscarriage been through the light spotting. What was you experiences . Ladies please help me to understand what the hell is going with my body , because I have never had a miscarriage before . Thank you in advance
