Found out I was pregnant yesterday

Okay I’m absolutely so confused and scared I have a dd who is almost 3 with multiple health issues... and now I’m pregnant again I was on the patch so was trying to prevent pregnancy and I’m really not sure what to do ? A big part of me isn’t ready my partner isn’t my daughters dad but he also has a daughter that is same age and neither of us are ready 😔
