Do you consider electric fences for dogs abusive?
Heard this question on the radio, and wanted to know what y’all thought.
We have one for our dogs. We trained them with the flags, walking them along the border, went very slowly and carefully. Neither have the collars on shock after our training. I felt that it was more abusive keeping 2 large dogs stuck in the house for 12 hours as opposed to an electric fence around ~6 acres.
