Ingrown hair
So i have this ingrown hair litteraly in my butt crack on the left side that has been killing me. Its been there for almost 10 days now and i think its infected. It looks like a big red pimple. It doesnt have a white head so i dont wanna try to pop it. I can feel a big bump under the skin and it hurts like hell. I dont know what to do. Should i be worried ?
