I'm really worried that my son is regressing since he no longer says any words except for daddy( when they're playing and his had enough, with me he gives side eye😒) I've tried to speak more to him and I talk about everything I'm doing but his not talking back. I'm a SAHM so I thought maybe his not stimulated enough so everyday we go to the Y and for 2 hrs he gets to play with kids his age and older while I workout but he still won't say anything except "bye" when i pick him up. I spoke to his dr a while back and she said i need to chill because his only 2 yrs old and boys take their time. Sis! I honestly am not with this boys-are-slow-learners diagnosis but I feel his regressing. So I'm debating on calling up a speech therapist but my whole squad thinks I'm suffering from FTM syndrome( everyone in my squad is a dr or nurse) even my mother thinks I'm being extra. What do you think?
