Baby not sleeping. So tired

My baby is 7 months old and definitely not sleeping through the night. He wakes for a night feed once a night and it takes 1.5 hours to put him back to sleep. He just seems to want to play. The baby is still in our bedroom and my husband doesn’t want to move him until he is 12 months. Any advice is much appreciated. -Tired mama
