Cutting out sugar
How do you all suggest cutting out most sugar? I LOVD sugary food but would love to distance myself from most of it for health reasons. I don’t plan on cutting it out of absolutely everything, just the obvious and easiest foods. Have you had better luck going cold turkey or weaning off so it’s not as drastic? I
I don’t drink a lot of pop but I do have a hard time turning down baked goods and the like.
