White discharge running down my legs!!

Okay so for the last two days every time I’ve stood up white discharge would come out of me and it felt like I was peeing. Today before my shower I took off my clothes and it happened again and it legit dripped onto the floor and down my leg. It doesn’t smell at all and it’s super watery. I am at the end of my Ovulation and a few days ago I had sex. I also had sex a couple times before my ovulation. I’ve heard it’s a sign of early pregnancy and I have been kinda worried. I know it’s irresponsible because I’m 16 and trying to not get pregnant but my boyfriend and I have been using the pull out method for 4 months. And I’ve heard pre-cum can get you knocked up. I may be overreacting or sound dumb but this has never happened before. I also have Lupus and I’m worried too if I’m pregnant if it will hurt me or the baby.
