Hey guys! I've recently discovered the beauty of group fitness classes. I go to WERQ 5 times a week and yoga 1-2 times a week and started at the beginning of December. I'm having so much fun and the workouts are tougher than anything I've done. I have not noticed a change on the scale at all or in the way my clothes fit, but I feel like there's some definition where there wasnt before.. I don't eat poorly, but I don't stick to any strict diet. How long should it take to see that scale move or clothes fit better? I'm ready to see that what I'm doing will work!
