So my birthday is Dec 19th. We’ve been together for 9 months.

He took me out to do this fun local activity and out to dinner/lunch the Sunday before my birthday, but when it came to my actual birthday, he didn’t get me anything. No card, no flowers, no present, literally nothing.

Same for Christmas - he took me to get my nails done and got me a shirt from target I picked out a couple days before Christmas, but when it came Christmas time, I didn’t get a card from him, no presents, anything.

For his birthday AND Christmas, I went out of my way to get him cards, and a personalized gift that I really couldn’t afford but knew he would love.

Tonight I asked him “are you planning anything for Valentine’s Day?” BECAUSE I was going to tell him if he was thinking about making reservations, he should start booking now because it’s getting closer.. and he said “probably not”

He also tells me he doesn’t want to get married because he doesn’t want to get divorced and I’ve always wanted to be married.

Am I an ungrateful bitch or would your feelings be hurt too?
