When to call doc for cold. 11 week old

My 11 week old is coughing pretty hard . Sometimes she vomits with it. Sounds like she is choking constantly on it . Then she seems fine. No fever but it really sounds horrible and sound like she has a lot of fluid bouncing around idk how else to describe it

Yes I would call. You don’t want it to be croup or RSV. Don’t take any chances with an 11 week old. 
Keep giving baby plenty of fluids and maybe take baby in the bathroom to breath in 
warm steam from 
a shower that’s running hot water.

I'd call the doctor one to many times rather than not enough.

Make sure the baby doesn’t have acid reflux. My niece has it and she will be trying to poop and she’ll push so hard every now and then that she’ll push acid up and start choking on it and it have to get sucked out of her nose and throat.
