I advised my daughters paediatrician on 01/02 her 4 month appt that on several occasions she would have blood and mucous in her stool. She told me to cut dairy from my diet cold turkey as I’m only breast feeding. Her appointment was on 01/02, today on 01/04 I noticed it in 2 diaper changes she had blood again but I stopped the dairy 2 days ago. Does anyone know if it takes time or it should have stopped immediately? I do have a follow up next month. My daughter also had this in her first month & was told had to do with hormones. Anyone experience this? Should I expect this to take some time or could this be something else ? I don’t usually worry but now I’m starting to a bit.
