3 hour glucose
Ok did anyone that’s had to do the 3 hour have to follow a special diet for 3-4 days prior?
My doctor says I have to do a diet for 4 days before and then test.
It has you eating 150-200 grams of carbs a day.
Can’t I just eat healthy like I normally do?
