Headaches Pregnancy Sign?

I have had 2 previous pregnancies and both ended in MC around 6/8 weeks and the last was 2 years ago so I'm out of practice. I dont remember before but I have been waking up every day for the past week with a bad headache/migraine and AF is due tomorrow. I had implantation bleeding both times before but nothing this time. The first one I thought my period was coming because I was cramping a few days prior which happened again this month. I just dont know if this is an AF symptom or PG symptom. Help?
