For 3 years of my life I was having orgasms but not realizing it. For me, what made me finally realize they were orgasms was that I felt really really good for a few moments, and then I didn't want to continue anymore. But I kept doubting myself because people always say "you'll KNOW when you have one!" So I figured that if I wasn't sure, I wasn't having them.
