Help please

I have a twinge in my lower right abdomen, slightly to the right and below my belly button. It’s been going on for a couple of days. Kind of feels like a pinched nerve. I have no foul discharge, no urinary pain, no pain during sex, no nausea or vomiting or fever. It just doesn’t seem to want to go away. I had Ovulation pains, they went away for a moment then suddenly this twinge is back. It doesn’t get worse, I feel it only occasionally, but it’s there, and it’s annoying. Anyone know what it could possibly be?
