Help my hair grow faster??

My hair was at my mid back maybe slightly shorter when I got it cut a couple days ago. I told the lady that I just wanted a trim and even showed her a picture of how I wanted it. She ended up cutting it all the way to my collarbones. I’m devastated. I’m about to start second semester of my senior year of high school, and pictures will be taken for everything (prom, graduation, etc.) To top it all off, my hair naturally grows super slow. Is there anything I can do to make it grow faster? Thanks!!
