What should I do?

I'm two days late, going on three with no signs its going to and have taken two tests that have both been inconclusive. Could I be pregnant? I've been on Metformin for 2 months now and my period has been very on time. I've had three miscarriages, the last one was a year ago and my husband and I really want a baby. I'm excited I'm late, but don't want to be crushed if I'm not.
