Sperm Meets Egg Plan?

If anyone has followed this , curious if that last day seems absolutely necessary. It calls for every other day then with positive opk 3 days in a row , one day off and back at it. I’m thinking my husband is gonna be spent after the 3rd day . Can we skip that last day??

I didn’t technically follow that plan, but we did do the every other day and then 3 days after a positive opk. I got pregnant right away and didn’t do any more after that. Got a healthy little bean growing so I’d say no, it’s not necessary but it also doesn’t hurt!

I would say yes it is.
Before I tried opks I have irregular cycles and didn’t know when I ovulated we just went with the approach of BD every other day for the whole month, fell pg (sadly mc). Now using opks (19 months and 2 mc, couldn’t keep up the every other day, fallen again which was a second mc just using opks)

I don’t know about all that but I only had sex twice during my entire fertile period and it was twice in the same morning.
