Flu shot?

I’m 9 weeks today and haven’t gotten my flu shot yet. I live in Connecticut and the flu is rampant! I’m so nervous about getting it as I’ve had two recurrent early miscarriages with no live births. Let’s be real.. there isn’t a damn thing I’m not nervous about this pregnancy because I’ve had two miscarriages. Has anyone else gotten their flu shot on here, especially in the first trimester?

My doctor highly recommended it now (I’m 9+6 today), however, I’ve never gotten a flu shot and decided to opt out. I’m not comfortable introducing foreign drugs into my vulnerable body at this time. Prayers for a continued healthy pregnancy! God will take care of us! 🙏🏽🤗☺️

I ended up getting my flu shot at 9 weeks. My dr recommended it. So far the baby looks great and I haven’t gotten the flu, so I’m calling it a win!

My doctor told me to wait until at least 2nd trimester, but prefers the 3rd trimester
