Sleeping problems

I keep waking up in the night and it's straying to bug me because I'm always tired when I wake up, luckily I've been able to have lie ins because I'm off work but does anyone have any advice on what may help with this? I need to start getting up around 6/7am for work in a few days

(please don't suggest going to sleep earlier, I don't get in from work until around 11pm or sometimes midnight)

I work 8am-10/11pm 6 days a week. And travel takes around an hour depending on traffic
