Body Acne

I have struggled with face and body acne for nearly 5 years and nothing works. I’m allergic to most creams and antibiotics (doxycycline) didn’t do 💩.

I can’t wear anything that goes below my collar bones and my sleeves have to be half way down my upper arms to cover it.

I have prom in a few months and I really want to wear a dress with no sleeves.

Any suggestions on what to do for my skin? It’s quite bad and has done scarring.
