Anyone been through this? What was your outcome?

Background:

I had a tubal reversal May of last year. I MC in September at 5wks. My November cycle was odd (mostly spotting). I ovulated late (by a few days) in November. CV changes on 12/1/18 and bd on 12/2/18. 12/6/18 had a ghost line on a early blue dye test. BFP on FRER 12/8/18. pregnancy confirmed on 12/10/18. Panicked about ectopic because of tubal reversal. Weekly early scans can find no gestational sac. Hcg was rising normally until 2nd scan. After the second scan I had bleeding and Hcg and progesterone dropped by 59%. Told I was having a MC. Then Hcg began to rise again. Told I was having an ectopic (possibly). Then I was told my situation is unusual. Now we’re waiting again (for what I’m not sure. Last scan at 7w ( by LMP, which was off and ovulation was late) still showed no gestational sac ( a thick lining and complex cyst was seen). I’ll place a pic of my Hcg in the post. If anyone has ever experienced something like this please post a response. What was your outcome? Scared and confused. Thanks
