Best cold and sinus meds

What's some good cold/sinus meds? I'm not really sure what's going on. Yesterday I noticed it felt like sinus drainage, because the area just below where the nose connects to your throat felt sorta raw I guess. It usually clears up after going to bed and waking up. But it didn't last night. I'm not sure if it's a cold starting or just sinus drainage.
