Bleeding after intercourse :(

I’m 4.5 weeks pregnant and haven’t had sex since I found out I spotted last weekend and dr said it was more likely implantation my levels have doubled tested my beta three times. Had sex this morning and five mines in my husband noticed blood and we stopped. Had an early miscarriage last cycle and got pregnant again immediately and now I’m worried :( any similar stories welcomed with either successful pregnancies or miscarriages.
