Hi, I am new to charting. My basil thermometer takes 90 seconds to read. Our daughter has had a cold and has been waking up more frequently during the night and abruptly in the morning. So I am up more often at night and will run in and grab her quick in the am and lay back down for 1/2 hour or so then take my temp. Will this drastically affect my morning temp? I am also using opk and got my peak this morning. I noticed my temp rose today .45 degrees.
