Is the lower belly pain normal? Every single day I’m in pain. I’ve had ultra sounds and mri’s to check and they say everything looks good. I used to worry that I had pain due to some kind of reproductive issue. How do you ladies cope? My dr recommend psyllium husk. It works sometimes and she gave me a muscle relaxer for the really bad days. But even that sometimes I have to take more than one a day. I feel like this pain is something I’m just going to have to live with

No but I worked in GI and many patients suffered from it.

I used too, but I cut out milk and butter, meat fish, and coffee 
Then later on most gluten 
And my ibs has been completely healed for 3 years now

I personally don’t, but I have a few friends who did! They found a lot of relief in addressing their gut health! Do you want some more info on what worked for them?

I do. I also suffer with hemorrhoids most days too because of the ibs. There are days where all I can do is curl up in bed and sleep off the pain a bit. It’s horrible. 
I have a theory on mine that it may actually be mold that’s causing my problems. I read an article before about someone who had ibs symptoms but turns out it was caused by mold in his house. His tests from the doctors didn’t show anything and neither did mine. 
After reading that article it occurred to me all my symptoms started when I started living at the place I do and we have mold in the walls here. A bit too coincidental on the timing.
