I find a little odd that my bf always sees his mom naked, he’s 23.

The other day we were in his room and his mom came in wrapped in a towel after taking a shower, to tell us something (I have a great relationship with her) after a while she said “Oh wow, I didn’t even realize I was in I towel I’m sorry I just had to tell you guys right away!” And then she said “Well, at least I’m not naked, because usually I just come in naked and sit on the bed and we start talking”.

And before that I remember this one time my bf was taking a shower and she went into the bathroom, and another time where my boyfriend was shaving and him mother was showering at the same time, and is a glass shower.

So, is this normal? I know it’s not super bad, and they have a very good relationship. But I can’t help but find it odd. Am I crazy?

I feel the need to explain that they don’t shower together as some are thinking, she has showered while my bf is shaving and she has like idk, brushed her teeth while my bf is showering. Not TOGETHER, is not THAT sick.

Should I talk to him about it? I thought the going into the bathroom to shower while he was shaving wasn’t as weird because she needed to leave ASAP, but the sitting on his bed naked to talk to him is what made me post this question.

It’s definitely not sexual, but I still find it weird, or perhaps a more accurate word would be I find it unnecessary.

Final edit:

I talked to my bf about it, because he knew I had posted something about us here and said he was worried it was something bad, so I explained the whole thing and he said it’s his mom’s thing, that she sometimes does and that it’s not as bad as what his mom said the other day. That she doesn’t sit on the bed naked and stuff. I think it’s good he cleared that up, and I told him I understand is not sexual at all and that it’s not an issue, I just wanted to know if I was in the wrong finding it odd.
