Meal before induction?

Question

I’m going in tomorrow night at 9 for antibiotics since I am GBS+ and then they’re planning to do the induction Monday morning. I have no idea what I should eat for dinner before I go into the hospital. I packed some rxBars and coconut water in my bag that hopefully they’d let me snack on Monday morning but for my last meal ... what would you suggest. What should I possibly avoid?

Honestly eat whatever you want! It really won't make a difference I dont think. Maybe avoid stuff that will give you heart burn though cause your gonna want a good full night's rest

Protein/fat/carbs.  Not a huge meal. Eggs, bacon, toast with jam.  Juice.

I would choose something based on the energy it will release. Slow burners. Maybe something high in protein and fibre?..chicken & veg as boring as that sounds! Try and avoid greasy food because I'm sure it will come back up and won't fill you for long! Best of luck
