Who do you tell first when you were first pregnant?

I’m so scared about this all and I don’t know who to tell. I know I obviously have to tell my boyfriend but I don’t know how.
I want to tell my two close friends but samething, don’t know how.
Who did you tell first???
This is an unexpected pregnancy, and would just like some of y’all advices.
Technically you guys are the first so00ooo, 2019 is already crazy for me as I found out I’m pregnant.

My ex mother in law and baby daddy found out first! Then telling my mom was the scary part..

With my first I was 19 and hid it for a while before telling my mom. I was so scared. I was living with her and obviously unplanned with my “b/f”. I use the term loosely 🙄. But she ended up being supportive. 
With my second I was 22 and living with a different b/f , now husband. I was still scared to tell her lol but told
Her via email 🙄😂. She was happy again. 
With my LAST and third I am 32 (I have a 2 month old ) and I surprised her with a gift of a bib and baby socks. She was over the moon.

I told my boyfriend first, we waited 12 weeks until we shared with our family. We told our families separately

My fiancé, then his grandmother (she worked as a midwife for a long time), then my dad, then my best friend and his best friend. No one else till after the first sonogram

Congratulations! I told my best friend first, I didn’t believe the test was right at first because it didn’t show anything for the first ten minutes so I messaged him to see what he thought and he encouraged me to take another test, he was the first person to find out and I didn’t tell anyone else for at least a week, not even my partner 🤦🏽‍♀️😅

I tried to tell my Fiancée first but he was out of town on work and I couldn’t get ahold of him. Told my best friend because I just had to share it with somebody.
