I got a positive pregnancy test earlier today and then I started bleeding how do I tell if it’s a chemical pregnancy or if it’s breakthrough bleeding?

I had bleeding at 7 weeks. For about 2 weeks. Pink ish red. Super light but came on my underwear here and there. She is 2 now💖
