pregnancy test

Hey girls just seeing if you can help me as this is my first time getting pregnant, so i went to the doctors to get results on my pregnancy test and the only bit of information he gave me was “86%” but never actually told me what that means and he said it’s a bad thing, at the time i was 4 weeks pregnant or that helps, does anyone know what the percentage means in a pregnancy and why was it a bad thing it being that low??
