Back pain 😭
Hey ladies 👋🏼 . I was just wondering what u all do when it comes to your back pain/side pain . When im in bed i have a pregnancy pillow plus 2 more and some nights i still cant lay on my side and my back is the only thing comfortable. (But i know im not supposed to😝)what can i do to get rid of all of this pain ?
