After dinner
Does anyone feel super uncomfortable after eating dinner? For me it’s usually only dinner, I’ve tried eating smaller meals but I feel super hungry shortly after so I eat a Normal size amount, not sure if it’s just too much for my stomach to digest or what it’s awful though .
