Sleeping too much?
I am 12 weeks and i understand that sleep in the first trimester is important and you can feel exhausted alot. Yet i need to know if i am sleeping way too much. I sleep around 10pm to 6am once i get breakfast done for my fiance. Then from 730 till 12pm i fall back asleep. Sometimes i wake up early yet theres days where i cannot for the life of me get out of bed. Am i sleeping excessively? Is it affecting my nutrition? Any advice please! Thanks in advance ❤
