I’m not sure this is the correct group, but I need some thoughts from anyone who may have had this procedure done.

My 14 year old step daughter has a large chest. She’s approached her mom about get a breast reduction, and her mom has asked for mine and my husband’s input. I honestly feel like at 14, it is not the time to be making this decision. I asked if it was for medical purposes and she said “sometimes” her back hurts. Mostly the kids at school have been ridiculous and she feels self conscious. I don’t want to sound insensitive or mean but I feel like she’s too young for this! Advice?
