Help please

This is a stupid question but I need some advice. My boyfriend and I had sex, he pulled out. After a while He got in the shower and we had sex a few minutes after without a condom. He didn’t ejaculate this time. I am also on the pill, but I started antibiotics about 3 days later. Should I be okay?
