IUD vs Pill

I’m taking the Elinest pill right now but I had an appointment to discuss other options. I’m looking at the Kyleena IUD. My only concern is the acne side effect. I’m already extremely acne prone and see a dermatologist. That’s how I got started on the pill anyway. What are your experiences with acne and the IUD?
