Pain and bleeding after sex

My bf and I went to eat and we ending up having sex in the car.. and idk what happened after we were done..my lower stomach and my legs started hurting right after..I thought it was what I had for dinner and felt the need to use the bathroom but when I got home I was bleeding..couldnt use the bathroom but and I'm not a virgin..

Please help I don't know what's wrong
