Is anyone seeing their doctor before 6 weeks?

When I called they said they like to see you first at 8 weeks then she scheduled me for 5 weeks 4 days lol. I’m wondering how this very early appointment will go.

I went with my wife to her OB at about 4w, first visit. It was just a checkup, info for what meds you're able to take, what to expect (first timers here) and a quick exam. I think we were in and out in about 10 min.

This is my second baby so it is different for me this time. I dont feel a need to go until my 12 week scan, but that's just me 😊 it's easier if you know what to expect

Usually they want to confirm the pregnancy and figure out your blood type (if unknown). I went in at 4w4d 🤷🏼‍♀️
