Feet swelling

Hi im 35w2d pregnant , this is my second pregnancy & i just was outside walking arround after a very long car ride (got out multiple times to walk arround to keep circulation going) & noticed i had some pain in ankle area, i look down & my feet & ankles are swollen.. ive never had swelling at all during this entire pregnancy so far & with my previous.. is this a cause for concern? Also feeling a little bit of tightening in belly area
