Has anyone been in a similar situation

So AF came 4 days early which is definitely not normal for me. She lasted 5 days with a medium flow. Which most of the time I only bleed for 3 days. The thing is something just feels off. My nipples are super sensitive, im overly moody, super thirsty and eating like a horse, and I'm having all full indigestion and heartburn I'm thinking about testing in the morning I just wanted to ask if anyone had a similar situation happen and ended up being pregnant. Any and all insights would be greatly appreciated.
