Quick funny rant: Had GD from week 9 through birth... just when I was enjoying a normal diet for 8 weeks, now going dairy and soy free due to baby’s cow milk intolerance... it’s eye opening as milk is in a lot of products that I never thought of :-P
Some food items that were my go to items for GD that are bought / not part of normal lists for GD are Kodiak protein pancake mix, Zone Perfect protein bars, Moon Cheese (like cheese puffs but no carbs), and Swell ice cream.
